Firing Up

I know this is nothing "unique", but I still think it's pretty neat. This is my gargoyle Phoebe. She gets MUCH darker [all her light spots go away and she literally looks like bark], but I haven't been able to snap a pic of that. Still, even the change in the pics I do have I find cool.

Usually she looks like this though:

And sometimes she does this really cool thing where she gets like, this yellowish tint to her. It's not super bright or anything, but I like it:

Well, I just felt like sharing. :) I know tons of geckos do this, but I still find it incredible every time. Nature is just cool lol.
Thanks!

Thanks Hannibal!
She is quite the character too. She loves to ride around on my shoulder. And when I'm on the computer typing papers for school or researching stuff she likes to sit on the corner, or sometimes she sits in my lap and sleeps lol.
And it's so much fun watching her hunt. [The second pic is her cricket face ] In that pic a cricket had gotten away from her. This is her after she caught it ;-) :

My garg has the same color pattern and phases as that one. Personally I think the fired down phase looks awesome, and with his other phase he blends in so well! This morning I thought he had escaped somehow but he was just blended in. haha

Yeah, I really love Phoebe's color when she's fired down. But what I really love about her fired up is that [even though there is not enough orange to be considered an orange blotch] she has two parallel lines of perfectly circular orange dots going down her back. The most noticeable ones are directly on her hips. I think it's cute. :)
