Waxworms is part of the problem Im sure. Leos can get addicted to waxworms easily when they are fed them too often.. So you should only give them a waxworm once a week when full grown as a treat (or even less often!). Getting her off waxworms and onto real food is going to be tough, but dont give up ever! Try many different feeder types until you see her opening up to one, for instance: mealworms, crickets (tear off their back legs so her can catch and swallow them easier as she isnt used to hunting and fighting her food), dubia roaches, etc. If she refuses to eat for over a month (which she might in "protest", but as long as she has a fat tail she'll be ok) dont get too worried. But once you get close to a week+ over a month, then you might want to go on a force-feeding regiment once or twice a week so she doesnt lose all her strength. So yes, waxworms might have brought on a ot of her problems...But Im not sure you can say its the entire reason..
So, First off, does she poop daily? If not, when is the last time she did?
What substrate do you have her on?
Do you ground feed her, hand feed her, or dish feed her?
Do you have a calcium dish available at all times in her enclosure?
Do you have a water dish available at all times in her enclosure?
But, the number one thing you need to do is take her to the vet. If she is pregnant/gravid he will be able to tell you. However, if she has caught some sort of disease, parasites, etc., you'll need to know that too so you can get her the proper medication, treatments, and quarantine her from your other leo/other pets.
Good Luck
