Gecko stress

If it's very stessed and decides to just give up and die it could go anytime. I very much doubt it will live 8 years when it's stressed. Take care of it properly and give it the life it deserves or give it to somebody else that will take care of it. This thread has made me cry, I can't believe you know that you're giving your gecko a terrible life and won't do anything about it.

Nobody knows how long any animal will live. Keep the stress as low as possible. That will allow your gecko to live as long as possible.
