I have had My leo now for 6 months or so he is eating and shedding fine

I would just like to know why he is doing this with his throat when basking

temps are 31C on the warm side and 25C on the cool side the humidity is between 45 and 52% depending on the temperature

I've found that sometimes they look baggy in the throat. Probably nothing to worry about.

He might have felt a bit threatened from the camera so that is known as neck-pouch or gular extensions and retractions. "Somebody is watching me"

I agree. Probably nothing really to worry about here. I have one leo that has a baggy throat that hangs a bit more than the others. But it's probably that he felt a little threatened by the camera. When I got two of my rescues that were stressed, they ballooned their throats at me for a bit. Now they're calm as ever.
