Haha, yeah. I probably should have put more thought into the username. It was a nickname that I got, and it's so unique that I never have to worry about other people already having it.

Funny thing though, that's how my gecko got his name. His name is Oliver. It probably seems like such a basic, unoriginal name to most people, but it actually has meaning. Which is good, since it's hard to compete with some of the awesome names people have given their geckos! Like Althaea, what a cute name!

Thanks Alyssa! I was always a fan of Greek mythology so for some reason my leos ended up with Greek names, except Sue...but then there's a story behind that one...LOL.....

OK so when I got her, the previous owner had hatched her, her and her sister were surprises. So he thought he had incubated her for a him, so I called him Ares and the other one Eros, keeping in with the Greek theme...... as time went on its become clear that he is a she so I started tossing around a few names. Nothing really seemed to fit.

Then on our local forum I mentioned something about her and one of the other members said Sue, as in a boy named Sue (song)....well I liked it so much I went with it....LOL

That's true, but I need a new window in my bedroom (which is where Oliver is) because the one I have lets in too much cold, so it's bringing down the air temperature in his tank more than I like. It's warming up soon though, so yay!
