Healthy weights?

Both my leos are around 1 year or 1 and a half. Or so I was told when I bought them.
My Hypo tangering is 60g and to me she looks chubby. But that's only really in comparison to my regular morph. Just wondering if this is a good weight or if she actually is chubby and if tha tis indeed a bad thing. She eats around 2 crickets a day (the regular morph eats 3 a day) Or one horn worm/silk worm a day as a treat. My regular morph is gravid right now so she's not eating as much. As soon as she comes out of the lay box I'm going to weigh her. I don't want to disturb her incase she's laying.

But I just wanted to check and see if this is a good weight :)

Hello Samantha,

Can you post a picture of your hypo? Body proportion is what you want to consider most in order to determine if she is overweight or not. Your selection of insects is great and so my next question would be what are the temperatures in the enclosure.

Her hot side is around 80 so I usually pass a heat lamp between them to keep their hot sides in the higher 80s around 87 most of te time. I'm not sure of her cool side because my thermometer broke and I keep forgetting to pick up another one but I'd guess at 80.

Well, she is not overweight at all I can tell you that much.:) It's important to get the appropriate temperatures. That is most likely why she is passing small poops.

cool side to 75- (90-95 on warm end floor only), Air temp 75-85

I'll be sure to keep them up and see if there's a change :)
