Why do my picture uploads fail?

I'm trying to upload a picture to my album, Draco, but the uploads keep failing. What's going on?

Perhaps your pictures are too large. Try resizing them.

Well how do I do that?

Photoshop or other photo manipulation software. Or some sites like ImageShack will do it.

Ok, but just to ask, I thought GeckosUnlimited automatically resized your uploads?
