Advice about scratches/cuts/bites?

So I took my geckos to the vet today. They checked out pretty good beside the one having a possible egg issue. But the vet pointed out that my HypoTang Sahara had a scratch on her side. She said it was superficial and didn't need anything. Later I noticed one on her head too.

Now I have no idea how they got there. My first guess is that Kalihari bit her because the vet said the wall between them in their box fell over and they got together. She's never bit her before but they were stressed after the car ride and vet inspection. But she could have gotten caught on something or hurt when struggling with the vet. I put some ZooMed ReptiWound Healing Aid on them.

My questions are,
Should I be doing anything for these cuts?
Do they look like bites?

The locations are consistent with bite marks. They do look superficial so I wouldn't do anything, but keep an eye on the areas. They are not housed together are they?

No they're not housed together. I took them out together every once in a while because they like to stare at eachother from their tanks. But always under strict supervision. My other one Kalahari always stood over poor Sahara licking her so I figured they wouldn't get along and didn't let them close enough to make contact.
