When phoenix worms morph into this

Is it still OK/Healthy to feed them to your gecko? I ordered 100 worms a couple weeks ago and a bunch of them have turned into cocoons. should I just trash them now? seems like a waste kind of.
Same goes for the silk worms I plan to order soon.

funny I used to always catch these silk moths and keep them as pets :)

Sorry if I ask what seems like stupid questions! lol

Personally I would not due to size. Although they are soft-bodied, anything too large can become a problem.

I wouldn't feed them, you can lookup breeding containers or homemade biopods and breed those flys and get your phoenix worms for free. The silkmoths can be kept in an aquarium as they cant fly very well

I agree with this. You can definitely breed the silkmoths and not have to buy the silk worms again. I've been thinking about doing this but I'd have to order some silkworm chow and it's much too hectic for that right now.
