Currently I have a bottle cap in my cage with repto cal in it. Some people tell me that's all you need to have in there and others tell me that I should have a vitamin supplement and should just give him his crickets with repto cal in it. What is the best way to give calcium and do i need to have D3 in it? Do i need to have other vitamins in it? Help please, and thank you!

Are you feeding your crestie primarily Repashy? If so, this is a balanced diet that will provide them with all the nutrition and vitamins they need. Additional calcium is usually not required, with the exception of some cases of breeding females.

If you're offering crickets, be sure you're dusting them with calcium with D3. This will offset the higher phosphorus-calcium ratio of the insect.

Some people do leave a bottle cap of plain calcium in their gecko's enclosures. That is fine - It is entirely up to you, as some cresties will lick from it, and some won't.

How often are you offering insects? If it's once a week or less, generally, a multivitamin supplement won't be required, as they'll get the nutrients required from their Repashy.
