Crestie skin issues

Hellos, My female crestie whom i thought had mites, I treated her 4 diferent times with four different tactics, all dealing with what a pet shop said, people on here said, and people on other reliable places said. Everytime, i oculd take everything out of the enclosure and bleach it! i bleach the tank itself, held her in another tank for a day with just a bowl of water, no substrate, nothing. i look at her and i see no mites but what looks like bite marks, like tiny red marks on her skin. idk if its from the mites, or what it is, im going to bring her to a vet soon. But let me make this clear, I think i know wat mites look like and i brought her to a pet shop where a good friend of mine owns and he said they were mites too. is ther anything out there that loks like mites or something like that, that i dont know about

Did you actually see the mites on your gecko? What color were they?
Do you feed her crickets, and if so, do you let them roam loose in her enclosure?
What type of substrate do you normally use?
Do you have pics of your gecko?

There are many types of mites, and many types of insects that look like mites, but not all pose a threat to your reptiles. Some come from the substrate, and are beneficial (springtails, isopods). Some come from the various feed items or the gutload used for feed items (grain mites). And some result from the feeding of Repashy, which attracts a variety of insects such as fruit flies.

Mites are also specific to the reptile they infect...for example, snake mites will only infect snakes.

The red marks may not even be bites at all. Certain decor items or substrates can cause skin irritation. Too much humidity can also cause dermatological issues. Cleaning products (such as bleach) that are not fully eradicated from an enclosure can also cause problems in the form of minor burns or, if the gecko ingests some, regurgitation/health problems.

A vet would be a good idea as they'll have a better chance at positively identifying the issues with your gecko.

has she always had the same little red marks? was she ever co-habbed with another gecko before you got her?

the reason I ask is because scarring from prior crestie bites (from a cagemate or mate) typically show up in little red stipples over the skin.

can you post a good clear picture of what you're seeing?

Substrate is carefresh. No bleach. No rommates. The marks seem to go away, and come back every other day. only spray enclosure with spritzer at night and in the morning. mites were red. the marks are red only feed five or six crickets once a week or so and sh eats them all. I hope the pics help.

Any chance of some larger photos..?
The only red(ish) marks I can see in the photos just look like part of the gecko's pattern to me.

I agree with Graham. I blew them up and it looks like maybe a bit of dal spotting, especially if they come and go daily (firing up and down, perhaps?). however, they don't have good resolution blown up so I'm not certain.

she is always chilling on the water dish,like half of her in the water, half out. is this normal? my male is only by that when he needs a drink.

They look like normal coloration to me as well. If the spots are always in the same place, and only increasing in numbers, then I would say it's a normal color change that often occurs with crested geckos as they age. My 1.5 yr old harley female just recently developed some dal spots on her tail after her last couple of sheds...and she has no spots anywhere else on her body.

Yes, the water dish is normal. Some geckos enjoy spending their time in/near it, others only when they need it. My one girl is like that with hers, my other isn't. If your humidity levels are correct, then I wouldn't be concerned.
