Humid Hide suggestions

So for my humid hide im using sphagnum moss which seems to be working, so far no mold yet, and i keep it somewhat in the middle between both cold and hot sides and my leopard gecko tends to go in there once in awhile, but i've heard of people using coco fiber as a substrate and i just want to know what is the best/preferable substrate to for a humid hide as far as helping geckos shed and just cooling them down. and also whats likely to grow mold which is something i want to prevent.

Paper towel is what I use and it works perfectly inside the humid hide. My baby just shed today and it was done in 10 minutes.

I prefer coco fiber, as it stays moist longer than paper towels or moss, and it's nice and fluffy. But all options work just fine.
