I recently rescued two leos and I had one previously. Of which... I thought was a girl until tonight when i picked... him...up. Izzy turned out to be a boy when I swore up and down it was a female. I never saw pores or anything and Izzy is 2. When I brought the other two home I noticed a bit of agression and appetite increases in Izzy. Never thought anything of it until tonight he was in the tree and I noticed the buldges. Picked Izzy up and sure enough there were two pores. Very prominent. At first I thought she had injured herself but I looked up pictures and sure enough... Boy. I guess I never cared since he was in his own tank. So Isis is for.sure a girl but in a different tank about 6 feet away.
I guess I am wondering if he can smell her? I don't know much about gecko breeding. I just keep them as pets but I don't want them to stress each other out.
This is just a strange situation for me.
