I agree with Saskia.
It looks like a High Yellow.
Definitely doesn't look Tangerine at all.

did I forget to mention that hes only 3 months old, and theres a lot of dark orange filling in everywhere, especially the tail region and the top of the body where you can see light purple, those black spots on the top look very faded and those no other spots anywhere, im not disagreeing with you guys but I thought high yellows dont have any orange, just strictly bright yellow?..

plus the flash on my camera kind of made it look a little blurry with the light so that could also indicate the brighter yellow than the orange

Maybe it would be helpful if you could post a different picture with natural lighting, that should help show if there's any orange.
