I was misting my gecko's terrarium and I noticed tiny bugs crawling around. As I took a closer look, they look like baby crickets! I remember I left at least 6-8 adult crickets in the cage while I had to take road trip. I lifted some plants and noticed some small transparent eggs. Should I clean the tank out and re-do the plants and change the soil or just leave them in there?

Put a very small dish of water in the enclosure and sink it down close to level with the substrate. A large amount of the crickets should end up drowning when they go for a drink. Keep it up for a few weeks until all eggs have hatched.
In the future, snip the ovipositor (the long black protrusion) off of the females with a small pair of scissors to avoid having it happen again.

I would just leave them in there. They will be consumed by the grandis. I have observed large Phelsuma go after Drosophila spp., so they will undoubtedly consume the crickets. I would not worry about changing the substrate, cleaning, etc. The geckos will eat them.

I've had the crickets lay eggs before, but the little guys did not make it. I didn't have anything they really ate in the tank, and most of them were polished off by the geckos. At that little, they don't pose much of a threat to the larger geckos, especially if there's stuff for them to eat.
