I need immediate help

Hey my female gecko is really scaring me. I saw her laying down on the bottom of the tank. I tried picking her up and she turned around and tried to bite me. Then she kept her mouth open and just started jumping around. It looked like her tongue was bleeding. Also her toes are twitching. Can you please help me fast. I'm really worried and scared. She's never done this before.

If all this is happening, you really need to find a reptile vet near you and take her. I wouldn't even venture making a diagnosis since I'm not a vet and don't have any idea what's going on .

We need a lot more detail about husbandry to even try to help. And yes...sounds like you need to see a vet. She may be seizing? This is a big deal.
