When to start feeding mealworms? About 7 weeks now.

I have 2 baby Geckos about 7 weeks old. I've been feeding baby crickets. At what age can I mix in Meal worms? I know a variety is best.

Any time. I start my hatchlings on mealworms.

Any time. Avoid the big ones that could fight back against young geckos.
