lats as good feeder roaches???

Ok people, I signed up her like six months ago, but then stopped coming on for a few months. Recently, I was like "Hey, I forgot all about geckos unlimited!" So I got back on here and I recently had a question. So after that long, boring intro here's my question:

So I want to start breeding roaches because it would be nice to have some of my own feeders. Would you say that lats (Turkish roaches) make good feeders? Also, are they easy to breed? Where is the best place to buy them? Thanks to every one in advance!

this has been discussed on here often as they are excellent feeders :) many geckos that hunt prefer them to dubias for their speed.

if you search this subforum for "lateralis" and "turk" you will find some excellent information.

I think they're great and many of my geckos love them. They're also much cheaper than dubia, and breed faster. As Aimee suggested, a quick search should turn up lots of info in here. There's a fair amount of breeders around to choose from. Currently, Aaron Pauling seems to have the best price at around $20/thousand.

Thanks for the tip, I believe I will be buying from him within a week or two. Any tips on how to breed them anyone?
