Do Males and Females behave differently?

Some may have read my previous post asking about the temperature in the moist hide, so I will spare you the long story. Recently I got 2 young Leos, too young to sex. One is very docile and almost tame and the other is very active and skiddish, I'm just wondering if the active one is a male? Do males and females act different? The guy I got them from told me that he incubates them to get females (and not "hot females" either). So I'm wondering, do they just have different personalities, or could this be signs of anatomical differences? Does that even exist with Leos?

I know they can grow at different rates regardless of sex, but the active one is also getting bigger even though they seem to eat the same amount.

In my experience, sex doesn´t determine their personality, I have super tame males and quite skittish females, and also the other way around, I believe it just depends on their inidividual personalities
