Vacuum packed crickets?

So I've been looking on some sites just browsing the reptiles stuffs you know
and came across this

Vacuum Packed Crickets (Reptile Food) 500-1000

so their has anyon ever use these they seem alright for maybe like use every so often but I'd just like to hear about your thoughts about them, they seem good for their amount and price too and it's too cold here for crickets to stay alive easily.

Fresh vacuum packed crickets suitable for home freezing, contain approx 200g when packed but does vary depending on how much water is extracted during the vacuum process.

These packs contain the same amount of crickets as the bulk bags of live crickets (550ml / 1 pint of live crickets) at less than half the price. This makes them a very affordable food source for insect eating animals that will take non live prey, eg. monitor lizards, blue tongue skinks, most insect eating birds, small carnivorous mammals and primates such as Meerkats and Marmosets....

I do not recommend these for geckos at all. Live prey provides necessary motion as well as necessary hydration.
