EDIT: It would seem that this site's filter is a bit too strict.

Picked up this pair about a month ago.

The female evidently came to me already gravid, and laid her eggs where the door of the cage meets the wall, and I did not see them before opening the door. The eggs didn't make it, but I think I may have more on the way. She is looking plump again and has begun hanging from the ceiling of the cage, something she did a lot before laying the first clutch.

Were the eggs affixed to the glass? If so, they were not fertile. Phelsuma typically hang like that when there are not suitable places to bask. They really look nice. I would provide some horizontal areas with branches or bamboo in addition to the plants, which look great.

No, they were in the bottom right corner at the lip of the substrate dam. They can bask properly, the hanging isn't even under the basking light. I would imagine it has something to do with comfort, similar to the hanging position that monitors will stay in while gravid. I will be adding bamboo and/or cork tubes soon, first I will be adding another bromeliad and a few palms, as they will be very hard to plant once the bamboo is in.

Its looking good so far! With cork tubes or some branches it will be prefect I think. Your geckos look amazing as well. Are they wc? The colors are really popping :D Good luck with any future eggs.

I got some nice branches of bamboo already but haven't been able to find any good cork tubes yet. I plan to get the bamboo in just as soon as I can get the female out... Flighty little thing.
I'm not sure if they are WC. The vendor I purchased them from said they were CBB but was unable to provide any verification. Photos of breeding, eggs, etc.

If they are CBB they look even more impressive! The tubes or bamboo are really awesome, not only to give them something to climb on, but also to catch them. If you have one close to where they like to bask they sometimes escape into them when startled and you can simply close the ends with some paper towels and move them about without the fear of escapes or injuries :) Stress free for you and your gecko.
