Is my pictus gecko terrarium setup good or not?

Hello I have a 8-10 month old pictus gecko and I don't know if my terrarium setup is good for it. I use repti bark and some mulch for substrate. I do not know the humidity but I mist it every day and pour some water every 2-3 days and the daytime temperature is 26-27 degrees and 22 at night. I have a U.T.H but never use cuz last time I melted a hole in a plastic cage and it didn't come with spacers. Now I know it shouldn't get that low and I've done lots and lots research about it and it says to never get that low. My dad says that the objects and substrate absorb all the heat during the day and release it at night but still. We use a space heater and one room for all our spiders and reptiles so just if your wondering. I have one plant in there but it's kinda choked out and then there's fake plants. The hides I have are sort of big and take up all the room in a ten gallon tank so that's why I have two one moist and one dry. I made my hides my self with the help from my dad because he can't trust a 13 year old to power saw a pipe. But other than that he seems happy I had some bark as a hide but it started to rot so I replaced it and then the next day I walked in saw him in the pipe came back later and he moved himself in the styrofoam cup I made. He never walked out in day so I think he's comfy but I just don't like how everyone else's is like savanna not jungle so maybe I had that wrong too. Please tell me how and ask if I something sounds weird and I'll answer it. image.jpgimage.jpg

The set up looks good. From my experience with that repti bark, or any large chunky substrate is that the insects your feeding hide in between the chunks and the geckos have a hard time finding them. I also have my pictus in a forest floor style set up. One thing that no care sheet ever told me is that pictus love to climb. All my pictus sit at the highest point in the terrarium all night long and only come down to sleep in their burrows. image.jpg. I have a male and female in this right now, they love to perch on the top of that log, and alternate sleeping spots between the two logs on the ground(both of them are half buried ) and the moist hide. I have seen my smaller female climb straight up glass as well. She can also jump 6 inches straight up and out of the tank. These are my favorite geckos I keep.
