Well out of the larger dubia I have only one is a femaie :/ I still need to let some of the others get bigger, guess feelings will be put on hold for a little while.
Does anyone know if the petstores sell these roaches in a cup--a colony is too much for me--I already have a husband that thinks I've gone off the deepend with the geckos, superworms and mealworm colonies. www.supergiantleopardgecko.com
I've got 4 adult females and a male that have given me a whooping one litter. I think I got the females too old. I do have about 50 nymphs a molt or two away from breeding age and then I expect my colony to take off. However, until then...
Marie I'm in the same boat but only have one female of breeding size and another 2-3 that soon will be there but until they get bigger I won't be feeding any of them just to be safe. I've looked into buying some females but not sure yet.
