Switching to different brand of Multivitamins ?

I was using Nutrobal and now trying out the exo terra multivitamins. I use the exo terra calcium and that works well for me

should I do that while still using my usual supplement (nutrobal)? and for how long till I start using the new supplement fully?

As far as I'm aware you should use a calcium only supplement such as Repti-calcium w/ D3 and a multivitamin.

Here is the schedule I go by: Monday lightly dust with multivitamin
Wednesday:lightly dust with calcium w/ D3
Saturday: lightly dust with calcium w/ D3

Edit: I'm not sure what nutrobal is.. Is it a calcium supplement or a multi vitamin or both?

Nutrobal is a calcium balancer and multivitamin supplement. And what I meant was should I be be dusting lightly with the new supplement once a week a long with the nutrobal and then eventually start using the new supplement by itself

I would just start with the new supplement by it self. Like I previous stated, you need to be dusting with 2 supplements, calcium w/ D3 and a multivitamin! Calcium w/ D3 twice a week and a multivitamin once a week! :)

Oh alright thanks!!
And I actually use a different supplement schedule, I used two supplements Nurtobal and just pure calcium no d3. I used the nutrobal 3x times a week and the calcium 3x times a week. It worked quite well for me, I raised my leo from a baby to now (1 year and 2 weeks) and she's healthy :D
So yeah thanks for the help

I'm curious why you are switching from Nutrobal, a multivitamin that is available in the UK along with ProRep's CalciDust.

It's cause my local pet store is out of stock of Nutrobal and it'd be a week or 2 two before they get more stock. So I'd thought I'd just try out the exo terra one, but I do think Nutrobal would be better though

As far as requirements it just says to pinch some of the powder and mix with the insects. As for example with crickets, you'd put some crickets into a bag, add a pinch of nutrobal and shake

I can't exactly remember what they recommended but I used a 3 days Nutrobal dusting and 4 days calcium dusting for my leo while she was a juvenile

Of course dosage depends upon the amount of the vitamins in Nutrobal. Seems like you might wish to reduce dusting to 3x per week total now that your leo is an adult. Some vitamins like vitamin A acetate and vitamin D3 can be overdosed. Even plain calcium can be overdosed!
