Cant Understand my geckos?

So yesterday I put my two female leos together, they show any signs of aggression towards each other when I introduced them in a bathtub. Then I put them in their new terrarium that has never been touched by another gecko. I made it myself so I could use the space as well as possible. It is 24'' x 18'' x 12'' and has 4 hides, one warm hide, one moist hide, and two cool hides. I honestly do feel like there is more than enough space for two geckos. However, I have been seeing that Phil is scared of Cleo. I don't know why because none of them have ever fought and Cleo has never shown any sign of aggression to Phil. Phil was actually the first one to go up to the other one and sniff and lick Cleo. Phil sometimes also licks Cleo's tail, is that normal? There is the occasional tail shake when they see each other but nothing more. Phil also doesn't like sharing the hide with Cleo, when Cleo has tried to enter in the same hide as her, Phil runs out to and goes to another hide. Is it maybe because they just met? Is Phil scared of geckos? Is it bad if they don't share a hide? Does Phil just like her personal space?
P.S. Pics of my leos and terrarium below :)DSC01432.jpgDSC01424.jpgDSC01425.jpgDSC01426.jpgDSC01427.jpgDSC01429.jpgDSC01430.jpgDSC01431.jpgDSC01422.jpgDSC01423.jpg

First off, awesome enclosure and I wished I had the creativity like you! From what you have said, it seems Phil is either intimidated by Cleo or likes her personal space. Which can lead to stress and not good in the long run. Can you elaborate on the tail shake? Is it a quick tail shake or slow methodical one? During feeding time, do they both eat and one is not intimated to eat, etc? I would leave them both in there for a few days and if the Phil's behavior (running away/changing hides when cleo is nearby) doesn't change I'd separate them. Like you said, it might not seem like they are aggressive towards each other but one might be intimidated by the other. In this instance, Phil to Cleo.

Edit: Phil's previous owner might have an effect on why Phil is so intimidated and scared of most things nowadays. (read your earlier post) :(

Well Phil's tail shake is isn't fast but isn't slow and its only the tip of the tail, she has only done it once or twice. Also she is only like that in the terrarium outside she is the one that follows cleo around and licks her all over the place thats why Im confused, can it be because they just met yesterday and they are still trying to get to know each other?

Possibly so.. in the meantime, I'd recommend reading this: Leopard Gecko Behaviour
