most sites just say fruit puree but thats not very specific.
since my m. day geckos dont really take interest to their pangea fruit mix(they'll eat it if i spoon feed them, finger feed them, or put it on their nose[they just lick it off!]), ive mostly been feeding them (gutloaded) pinhead crickets
but, i wanna try to see if they'll try some fruits
i tried giving them some mashed banana mixed with some reptivite, they didnt seem to like that
should i try mango or papaya or something like that?
ive been wanting to give them some mushed up raspberries with some honey mixed in but im not sure if its safe for them (since raspberries have all those seeds)
so should i just try mushed/small chunked soft fruits or something else?
feel free to share what you feed to your day geckos!!

i just put a raspberry and a small chunk of papaya along with some honey and calcium powder through the food processer, and i dont see any big seeds (its all just a big mush now) and i put it in their terrerium, hopefully they think its good, and more importantly, hopefully its good for them!
correct me if anything needs to be changed !

The real question is whether they're getting enough calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamins. Even if you dust the pinheads (I use 1/8-1/4" crickets for my day geckos) there's a good chance they will have cleaned it off before the geckos eat them. If you use fruit puree, you may want to consider mixing something like Repashy calcium plus into it. I feed my day geckos and Rhacs a variety of CGD (Pangea, Black Panther, Repashy). Sometimes it's eaten and sometimes not, but everyone is healthy.

i'll make sure to mix in some cgd next time i make them some fruit puree then! :>
i also gutload the pinheads(or any crickets i feed to my reptiles) with fruits/veggies that have a lot of vitamin D and calcium (oranges, kale, broccoli, collared greens, ext) for the exact reason that they can rub off the calcium i dust them with ^^
but i will keep that in mind! once we run out of pangea fruit mix, i'll check out the other products you listed !
thank you!
