Treats?

Bleu has been a very good gecko lately, and I'd like to give him a treat. Ideas on safe treats?

Waxworms! Donut goes crazy for them (Eclair doesn't seem to understand them yet). We give him one twice a week, when he's being handled, so he knows that sometimes handling = tasty worm :3 He's a bit picky on eating things dusted with calcium, so it's a great way to make him have some because he'll gobble them up no matter what

Naaaaaaah, nope on waxworms. They are pure fat. Eclair "knows" better.

Can you get very small hornworms in Scotland? They are nutritious and very tasty, so I'm told. No leo that I've ever known has ever refused them.

Hornworms and black soldier fly larvae work as "treats". However, order a trial cup of the BSFL. Some leos don't like them.

Blue bottle fly larvae! They are waxworm sized, much healthier/lower in fat, and supplements stick to them very well. Not to mention they wiggle like nothing you've ever seen before!
