can't post pics (already read directions)

I don't know if I'm just really slow, blind, or what. But I can't post pics. There is no button at the top how the directions say. Only spot that had a symbol like that is at the bottom in icons. Very frustrating:-x.

Photos can not be too large (I think the limit is 500kb?) so if they are, you need to use a photo editor software or online photo editor to reduce the file size :3

This is what I use when I want to post a picture. Can't be larger than a width of 620 and a height of 280. 19.5 kb.
This is a very simple easy re-sizing program. All you do is upload your picture and put width of 620 in the form and it will re-size and let you download it back into your computer the corrected size for you to upload to the website. Resize Photos Online - The Free and Easy Way to Shrink Photos and Compress Jpeg Pictures You can also use a webhosting site like Photobucket, It is a website you can place your photos in a file and then put them in your text hosted from there. The photos are larger if you do that. Good luck
