We have three geckos in the same cage 2 females 1 male in a 20 gallon cage with a UV light and a heat rock 4 hides and 1 water container (I use a mealworm dish as a waterer).
Flash (one of the females) won't eat there is Liz (the male) that is fine and Lady (the other female) who is also fine she just laid 2 eggs today and in the homemade incubater at 88 deggrees. Flash will drink water and lick vitamins but she won't eat anything... Please give me advice:(

Here's some general advice about the cage, which will relate to advice about Flash as well:
20 gallons is a bit small for 3 geckos. I also use that size, but I add a heated 12"x12" upper level using PVC as "legs", 12" square tiles as "floor" and a mini UTH in between the 2 tiles. I put another hide up there and it provides needed space. If you really have a plug-in heat rock, get rid of it (it can burn the gecko) and replace it with an under tank heater if you don't already have one.

Flash is not eating for one or more of a few reasons:
--she's ovulating and not interested in eating
--she's being bullied by the other gecko(s)
--she's stressed by the overcrowding

I don't know which of these reasons is the case but you can:
--make the extra space to give them more room
--check Flash's belly to see if she's ovulating or has eggs
--separate Flash if you see signs of scratches on her, if the other gecko(s) is sitting on her all the time
or, if none of the other suggestions work.

can you please post a good photo? if her tail is skinny, this didn't happen in a short time. it's possible she has parasites or crypto.

I would definitely remove Flash, at least until you know what's going on with her and make sure she's eating well.

Ok

I also have a upper floor that is about 1 foot by 1 1/2 feet and has coconut shavings on It with a hide and a large water but only the male climbs up. So its pretty much just 2 leopard geckos in the cage. She has only been eating a mealworm occasonaly 3 weeks after i bought her. and There are no signs of scratches fighting or anything... And she isn't going to lay an egg anytime soon. I will try your other ideas tho.

I would still remove her. you do not always see visible signs of geckos bullying. first rule of thumb in an enclosure with multiple animals where one is not doing well, is to get the gecko out.

you bought her only 3 weeks ago? I hope very much that she's not carrying any parasites or diseases like crypto. if she is, your other geckos are likely infected now as well. I would strongly recommend a good quarantine period before adding any more geckos.

No she slowly started getting skinny 3 weeks after I bought her but now I started noticing about a month ago (she is about 7 months old)
And I've been searching for a website exactly like this one so... I guess I will take her out

OK sorry I have a smaller cage and I was wondering how many gallons it was so I looked up official cage dimensions and it was 10 gallons I also looked up my bigger cage and it is accually a 40 gallon breeder (my aunt gve it to me and I was told it was 20) so I have a 40 gallon and a 10 gallon cage. So now I will try putting Flash In the 10 and the others in the 40...
