Weird turquoise spot on belly

Hello, a few days ago I received 2 Leo baby's. One has some pinched toes but see is eating. The other baby named mango is only about 3 months old but she hasn't eaten a thing since I got her. Mango looks skinny for her age plus when I try to feed her she cuddles up to the corner and trys too fall asleep. Today when I checked on them I noticed mango has a small bright turquoise dot along with a darker blue smudge. Could these be the things stopping her from eating? Oh and other info is that mango has no claws so she can't climb and gets sleepy very quickly which I think is due to lack of food and water. I have water in their tank along with some spray water. 20151006_095428.jpg20150918_195430.jpg20150918_195430.jpg20150918_195430.jpg

I think that could just be his gall bladder. I see it in almost all of my geckos, no need to worry unless theres a big blueish spot in his belly, that's a sign of liver swelling or impaction. He looks just fine :)

One more thing the picture has very bad contrast, the color is a lot thicker. If you can't tell below the spot is dark blue smudge that is NOT on any of my geckos.

The dark blue underneath the gall bladder, I think that's just organs. The colours tend to vary in different geckos, depending on the transparency of the stomach. If you're really concerned, a vet visit would suffice.
