Have you tried her on crickets or hoppers? (if the tank is full of live plants don't go for hoppers as they'll just munch thru em) If you've not tried it I'd try and get her onto them. She should be fine with large crickets but I also chuck a few small/medium in for mine as well - they're not that big but they're much quicker and more energetic I find than the larger ones which makes the geckos hunt and work for their food! (apart from the lygodactylus which are much quicker than the crickets lol!)
Dried food wise I personally go for pangea (the watermelon variety seems a particular hit).
The other thing I do is get a mango, slice it up, put it in a blender with about a teaspoon full of honey, some multi vitamin and blend it into a puree - they seem to like that too. It has a finite shelf life so I just use a standard ice cube tray , put a teaspoon into each little ice cube compartment and freeze it then I have a supply for a while (I tried it with banana once but turns out that doesn't freeze very well!)
The dubia I know someone who breeds them very successfully for her bearded dragon and Chinese water dragon so will ask for some suggestions - what's your setup for them?
