he has had something in his eye for days... it looks like goo in the corner of his eye ... Like how when we wake up we have eye boogers.... And it's a little bit irritated idk what from ... He's crawling around happy and eating a ton of crickets with his powder... Will it heal by itself? Because I don't have the money for a vet or one near me... I've tried eye wash but I don't think that helped... He won't let me put a q tip in his eye.... He does keep that eye closed a lot but he can open it to hunt etc ...

As has been explained previously, this eye, if infected as seems likely, will almost certainly not heal by itself and will require veterinary care. I understand completely that money is an issue, but to allow this to continue untreated may very result in the loss of some or all of the eyes function, which will in turn result in further issues with the Gecko's well being.

I feel it is important to add, nobody here gets any kind of benefit by recommending vet treatment, they advise it because it is they are experienced enough to know its what is required. By asking this question continually here or elsewhere and hoping for somebody to say "just wait it out" you will not be helping the Gecko, only yourself to feel better the situation.

I strongly advise against any further attempts to put a Q tip in his eye, or any similar action. If his eye is already closed a lot, it is getting to a critical point and the eye will no longer open for anything in short order.

He needs professional help as soon as possible.

This is the 6th thread on the subject (which was appropriately addressed the first time), you have been asked by the admins to stick to one thread and I have to agree, it makes things much simpler for all involved.

I wish you both the very best of luck with the Geckos recovery.
