Hi i have a exo terra 18x18x24 and i just completed my first vivarium. I fell that there is not enough light i have to exo terra 26w natural light bulbs the plants are doing ok but dying towards the ground . Have a ficus and a pothos with one male crested gecko. I can't tell you exactly about the light but I do know that plants differ in the degree of moisture they need and direct vs. indirect light as well as temperature. The plants that aren't doing well could be not doing well for many reasons. I have killed quite a few plants in my day.

Also from the looks of the pictures, you aren't getting enough light penetration due to the pothos blocking the light from reaching the ground. That may be the issue alone
