Moist hide?

My Leo is at the egg laying age! I am scared she will become egg bound! I read about not having a proper laying enclosure will be a factor for being egg bound. I know that you can double a moist hide as an egg laying box. What substrate could I use? Something to dig in, but something Norbert would be able to shed in as well.

You can use Eco Earth's coco fiber. Moisten it very well, but NOT soggy.

Eco Earth can be bought loose or in bricks that you hydrate.

It will work fine as-long as you keep on top of it daily/bi-daily and ensure it remains moist. I use shredded sphagnum moss in my moist hides.
