Usually if a gecko just gets an abrasion it will heal by itself. I recommend you keep an eye on it and see if it gets better. If it doesn't, you could put some bacitracin ointment on it (sold for humans at pharmacies over the counter). If it keeps getting worse the gecko will need to see the vet.
