Should Egg binding be a fear with Females?

There is a beautiful gecko I want to order but from BHB reptiles all the geckos are female and im so cautious of egg binding, and I dont really want to ever have to pay for a vet visit, not that I can’t just dont want to, but moral of the story should I really stress about egg binding? Also this will be my first gecko or even reptile so keep that in mind as well please.

Buying babie geckos is less challenging to tame. There's 50/50 chance on what sex it might be, if you go babie rought. Adults or more set in there weres.
Witch ever way, it's best head to vet get tested for parasites and the fatel cryptosporidium.
