Bloated, Difficulty Breathing

I just had to remove some stuck shed from my leopard gecko's toes, meanwhile noticing she was making little puffing sounds every so often. While I was handling her, I was gentle as always. After I got done with removing the shed, I saw that she's kind of bloated though she hasn't been eating much. Her usual weight is around 64 grams, she's all the way up to 69 grams seemingly out of nowhere. It could be just regular weight gain, I can't be sure as I haven't weighed her in awhile. She just ate a couple lats last night, nothing in her care has changed (bone dry eco earth bedding, heat mat is still on and working, supplements, eating just not as much since winter is approaching, so on). I left her be in her hide and she is still breathing hard and looking stiff, she's moved at least. Trying not to be really worried but I am so if anyone has any tips, that'd be very appreciated! Up until now she has been totally healthy and I've never had a problem out of her.

Edit: She's breathing better now, I think she had a bad stress reaction and is better now that she's calm. This is only the second time I've had to mess with her toes so she's not at all used to it, the weather has been very drying due to the cold weather. Still, any input/advice would be great!

Is the tail still thick? Is it defecating normally?
If not, it may be constipated or impacted.

When she does poop, check to see whether the droppings are full of eco earth or not. If they are, consider a substrate change.
