Possibly Ovulating Female Has a Strange Red Line on Her Stomach ???

Since my approx. 3 year old female stopped eating in March (she has lost a total of 7 grams- leaving her with a current weight of 78 grams, this has been stable for a month now.) I have been keeping a close eye on her. I took her poop in for a fecal exam to check for parasites and that came back clear and free of parasites. This is when I began to suspect her lack of appetite was a result of ovulation. Last week I had a look at her belly to check for a follicle or eggs and I noticed a thin red line. As I checked again today the line is still visible but not a prominent. She is still active at night and drinking water as she is still producing urate and the occasional clear puddle of liquid. Should I be concerned or take her to a vet? Im not sure what the line is? I've never noticed it before. It appears she may shed soon so is there a possibility it might disappear with that? It might just be a vein?

Thanks! Sorry for posting so often, I just want to make sure my geckos are as healthy and well looked after as possible. I like to get second opinions before I panic and rush to the vets.
