Thinking of getting some anoles...

I have a spare 10 gallon tank that I use to keep my leo in. I have a nice stand for it, a UTH, some huts, plastic plants, rocks, feeder dishes, etc...basically, I have everything I need for another lizard. I was thinking of getting a couple small anoles and putting them in this tank.

Does any one know if anoles can carry disease that could accidentally transfer to my super healthy leo? I just want to know the lowdown before I buy them. I don't want to jeopardize my leo, by adding another lizard to my house. I would be keeping them in separate rooms, but I just wanted to know if there is anything I should beware of before I do this.

Any advice?

The general wisdom is to keep new reptiles separate (as you are doing) for at least a few months. Feed them last and wash your hands before and after.
