Hey all,

I've recently come across some articles and videos detailing how to prepare cuttlebone and eggs shells are a source of calcium for Leos/reptiles more generally. My question is, how reliable and safe are these methods of obtaining calcium? Is one better off just getting calcium (without D3) from a store?

Pure calcium never expires. Just keep it dry.
