Hey all,

I’m new here. I have a 1 year old normal male my daughter named Leo which I’ve had for about 7 months and a baby TSF blazing blizzard named Zilla that I received last Tuesday. The breeder told me that Zilla was eating worms before I received her but she has rejected worms since day 1. She won’t even go near them. She does however like crickets and is finally able to hunt and catch them even though it takes her a while (sometimes 3-4 tries).

My main question is: can I feed her hornworms as a treat the way I do Leo? I’m not exactly sure how old she is but she’s about 3” and 7g.

Welcome to Geckos Unlimited, Leo'n'zilla! As long as hornworms aren't too large they'll make excellent treats for both your leos.

I suggest buying the smallest hornworms you can -- about one inch long. Then "grow them" to a good size. Hornworms grow extremely quickly when kept at normal room temps! Here are some tips on keeping hornworms.
