Stopped eating, weight going down, but no obvious signs of health issues

My leopard gecko started to slow down her eating a month or so back and in the last 2 weeks has stopped eating completely. In early June she weight 67oz and is now down to 61oz. Before that she was eating dubias twice a week. For 6mo prior, her feeding was super stable and consistent. I can't think of any changes we made in the last 2 months that would affect her. The only changes I can think of is summer time heat which has caused or air conditioning to be on more often. Her ambient cage temps haven't changed though. She's drinking water and her urates are white. She's about 4.5yo.

I can't see any physical issues with her. There are some minor behavioral changes, not sure if they are relevant: (1) she's more active and generally out of her hot hide a lot more and hanging out in the open parts of the cage. (2) she spends more time in her humid hide. Her sheds look to be normal and successful.

This week we switched back to mealworms in a hope to get her to eat but she shows no interest.

So, do I take her to a vet ASAP? Are there things I can check at home? I've read about impacted feces. Is that something common? Should I try the warm water bath?

I assume you mean "grams" and not "ounces". Is she your only leopard gecko? Is she ovulating? Do you think she visibly looks thinner in the tail? I ask because a 6 gram loss isn't a big deal, and not eating much for weeks (at least in my opinion) isn't a big deal. It's interesting because after at least 2 months of most of my geckos hardly eating, they've now started up again, which isn't unusual for August. At the moment, I recommend to keep offering, stop weighing and try not to worry. Other opinions may differ, so see what everyone else has to say and take your choice.

LOL yes, grams. It's my only gecko. I can't see eggs, but I've never been able to see them. We've only had her for 18mo. The tail looks to be a bit smaller, but not a huge difference.

If others have different recommendation, please let me know
