Over weight

What is the best way for my leopard gecko to loose weight?
I've been feeding her less.

Feeding less and providing for some exercise (many leopard geckos like to climb, so cage furniture or hammocks with something to help them climb up there would be good).

Okay thanks! The last two superworms I gave her she regurgitated them, but when I give her a Dubia roach she eats it fine. Is there anything I should do?

If you want her to lose weight, superstorms are probably more fatty, as larvae are. If she keeps regurgitating them, maybe that's not the food for her! Go with the dubia.
