Hi, I'm really worried about my geckos. I saw these weird markings on their bellies:

Last night Gecko 2 fell from a height of about 3 feet onto carpet. He or she still reacts to being picked up and can still move fine and will walk around. It also eats. Will it be okay?
All of the geckos are new (I got them 2 days ago) so only of them is eating consistantly. I did get the other two to eat (geckos 1 and 3) but that was because they tried to bite me and I held up a mealworm in defense both times which they took. They all lie around a lot (relaxing probably) and since I just got them I don't know what their normal behavior is. Their temperature and humidity are ideal, and they have all pooped since I got them so I don't think it's an impaction.
They do walk around when I turn off their terrarium light to get water, lay down in other places, and look at me. Other than the new-gecko-not-eating thing, they seem fine. They are all active right now.
I can't afford to take them to the vet right now, I'm low on money, but if it's severe enough I can make an emergency appointment. If something is wrong what can I do?? I'm so worried about them. Will they die?
