Leo not eating plus wall climbing

Hello!

I got my Leopard gecko, Mink in December of last year and he is just over 7 months old now. But over the past 3-4 days he has been refusing to eat, only occasionally taking food when I give it too him and doing a bit of wall surfing. He was pooping fine before he started eating less, and I checked the temp in his tank, which was fine. I inspected him for any problems and there was a dark spot on his belly, so today I gave him a warm bath in case he is impacted. I’m going to keep watching him over the next few days to see if he improves but I was hoping someone would have an idea of what is going on. So far his main symptoms are not eating and wall surfing, he isn’t pooping but I believe that is a product of not eating.
Please if you have any ideas of what could be wrong let me know!

There may not be anything wrong. Sometimes they just go through these not eating periods. The most important thing is that your basic husbandry is correct: floor temp on the hot side in the low 90's, air temp on the hot side (in my opinion) below 80F, provision of calcium and vitamin D3. I find that sometimes they just get a bee in their bonnet. I have one like that right now. Everyone else is calm (we're talking about around 25 leopard geckos and a nearly equal number of other geckos) but one is banging around her cage.
