Hi All

We built a bioactive enclosure for our baby. We have made very sure of all the safety features such as: che heat cage, escape routes and also which plants are safe to use.

The enclosure is 11"x11"x9" inch.
We would provide 3 feeding stations for the gecko to make sure that he can find his food. He is about 4 grams now.

His current enclosure is 7"x7"x4" inch nd he uses up all the space in there.

Sure there is loose substrate in the bioactive viv, but we would only feed crickets in a separate smooth container to reduce the chances of impaction.

Pictures to follow of the new enclosure which is 11"x11"x9" inch.
The three blue circles indicate the feeding stations.

The new enclosure is so exciting and works like a charm keeping up heat and humidity.
The che is connected to a thermostat to keep the temps constant and precise.

What are your thoughts? Can we introduce him to his new home ?:cheer:

It looks good to me. You can be sure to feed the crickets the way you're suggesting, though I have multiple cresties and gargoyles with eco-earth substrate and no one has ever had a problem with the substrate when catching crickets.
