Skin Problem

Last year I asked about a strange spot on my geckos' abdomen and was advised it was most likely a paradox spot and nothing to worry about. She then went to the vet shortly after and was checked over for any health issues and had a fecal check, all coming back clean and healthy.

However the other day I noticed that the spot had grown significantly. This could be just because she herself has nearly doubled in weight since then but it still has me worrying.

I think it's still a paradox spot and it's grown because she has, just as you thought.
