My 18 month old Leo has had pit bubbles for a few months now. Somedays it’s the right pit only and other days it’ll be both. They tend to be bigger the day after feeding. She’s currently being fed twice a week, with the first feeding of the week being dusted alternately with multi vitamin or calcium with d3.

Any advice would be appreciated

In my opinion, there's nothing to do and nothing to worry about. Years ago, this was seen as a sign of a female being in good breeding condition. More recently it was discussed as a sign of over-supplementation. Maybe someone knows definitively what causes it and whether or not it's a problem. I haven't seen anything to convince me of that.
