Suddenly Skittish

My 18month old gecko has suddenly started acting very skittish. Nothing has changed with her feeding, activity outside her enclosure, heating, lighting. I'm not sure how to go about reassuring her she's safe again as she just freezes up if I put my hand in.

any advice would be appreciated

Just continue to be calm and consistent. I find that they get into certain behaviors for awhile and then it changes. It's not necessarily anything you did or didn't do or any kind of intellectual decision on their part.
