I am going to be switching Donnie from a halogen bulb for basking (which hasn't been effective and he doesn't seem to like at all) to a deep heat projector.
I just got the 50W Arcadia DHP (I'd rather start lower and get a bigger one if needed than to over heat him). I have a thermostat for it, but I'm not sure about the actual fixture to put it in.

Would that be good for a 50W DHP?
I have a bit of flexibility as far as finding and ordering the appropriate fixture. Donnie is currently mid-shed, in a new location in the house, and our AC is down. Too much happening to try and add another variable right now.
